• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payments may be made online or offline via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
• Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed orders will not be affected.
• Security deposits (if applicable) must be paid before delivery and refunded upon proper return.

5. Orders, Bookings, and Confirmation

• Orders/bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
• Confirmation is sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock or pricing issues.

6. Rental Policy

• Handle all rented items with care.
• Return items on or before the agreed date in the same condition.
• Damaged, lost, or late items may result in deposit forfeiture or charges.
• Hygiene checks are conducted before each rental.

7. Return, Refund, and Exchange

• Sales items are non-returnable/non-refundable unless defective.
• Rental refunds processed after inspection.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may qualify for partial refunds.
