1. Order Cancellations
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of booking or purchase.
  • Orders canceled after dispatch or item preparation are not eligible for a full refund.
  • For rentals, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup or delivery date may incur a service charge or forfeit part of the security deposit.
  • Kala Kochi Dance Collections reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Product damage or defect: If a purchased item is defective or damaged, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photographs.
  • Rental returns: The security deposit will be refunded after the items are inspected and verified to be in the same condition as issued.
  • Order cancellations by Kala Kochi Dance Collections: 100% refund will be issued in such cases.
  • Refunds are processed within 7โ€“10 business days after confirmation via the same payment method used.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or negligence by the customer.
  • Custom orders, special designs, or made-to-order costumes.
  • Late returns, hygiene-compromised items, or missing accessories.
  • Any digital or downloadable materials.

4. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are only allowed for items wrongly delivered or damaged upon receipt.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Refunds or compensation will not be issued for such delays.
