1. Service Coverage
We currently deliver orders and rental items across Kerala and selected nearby states.
For out-of-state or bulk orders, delivery can be arranged on request with applicable courier charges.

2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment.
- For rental bookings, dispatch or pickup is scheduled according to the date agreed at the time of booking.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During high-demand seasons or festive periods, slight delays may occur; customers will be notified promptly.
3. Delivery Time and Charges
- Delivery timelines depend on your location, order size, and courier service availability.
- Within Ernakulam: Same-day or next-day delivery (based on stock and slot availability).
- Within Kerala: 2–5 business days.
- Outside Kerala: 5–10 business days (on request).
- Shipping Charges:
- For rental items, courier and return shipping charges are additional unless otherwise specified.
- For purchases, free or discounted delivery may be offered during promotions.
- Customers will receive a tracking link or courier reference number once the order is dispatched.
4. Self Pickup Option
Customers may opt for store pickup by contacting us at 8891636345 or via WhatsApp.
Pickup timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday).
Customers are requested to collect items within the confirmed time slot to avoid delay or cancellation.
5. Rental Deliveries and Returns
- Rented costumes and accessories will be delivered or made available for pickup before the event date.
- The return date and method (pickup or drop-off) will be agreed upon during booking.
- Late returns may incur additional charges or forfeit part of the security deposit.
- Customers must ensure all items are returned in good condition and properly packed.
6. Delivery Delays
Kala Kochi Dance Collections is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
- Customer unavailability during delivery attempts.
We will, however, make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery and keep you updated.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- In case of visible damage upon delivery, please refuse the parcel or note the issue with the courier.
- If the item is lost or damaged in transit, we will investigate and offer a suitable replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
8. International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international shipping through the website.

9. Address Changes
Any changes to the shipping address must be informed before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, address modifications cannot be made.
